This old italian switchblades was made in Maniago in the 60's. It has the same shape and mechanism as a lockback of a swinguard but without the guards. It probably was made for the belgium or dutch market. The stainless steel blade has the tang stamp Rosfrei 8 on the front and PATENT on the back.The handle on this automatic switchblade is made of very nice old sambar stag and it has nickel silver bolsters, It is in excellent condition and hard to find.
