Like the Puck from BlackFox, the Nix takes its name from a spirit in European folklore, specifically the spirit of water. Designed by Grigorii Matveev, it's a superb compact knife that diverges from the typical flipper mechanism. Instead, it can be opened using a front flipper or the thumb hole in the blade. The front of the handle and the notch on the blade, when opened, create a generous choil, allowing for a secure grip close to the blade. While larger than the Puck, it remains compact and serves as a lightweight and durable EDC knife that conveniently fits in your pocket until needed.
